This online resource will provide both new and existing employers with practical information and advice to support them to deliver successful work placements.
For new employers it provides information about the benefits of work placements and outlines the requirements for the programme including health & safety. Any employers interested in offering work placements can register their interest in the programme directly using a simple online form. Local authorities and their schools should find this a useful resource when they are undertaking any business engagement activities and it should encourage more employers to offer work placements.
Existing employers will have access to useful resources and advice to aid them in ensuring that they are able to offer young people meaningful work placements.
